CAN I RETURN MY ORDER TO A STORE?
No, unfortunately they cannot be returned to a store, they will need to be return to our warehouse address which is the following:

HOW SHOULD I SEND IT?
We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a 'Certificate of Posting' as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility. Please note we are unable to to refund any postage charges for sending items back to us.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY ORDER BEFORE RETURNING
You have 10 days to notify us if you wish to return your order, please return your goods to us within 10 days of cancellation.
SALE . All sale items purchased with at least 40% off (minus delivery and any other costs incurred as appropriate), will not be refunded, we will offer an exchange or a Gift Voucher issued to the original purchaser (excluding shipping costs)
This does not effect your statutory rights.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Returns are usually processed within a seven days of us receiving the goods back.
Please allow a further seven days for a refund to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.
We'll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal) FAULTY RETURNS

We're only human and on rare occasions mistakes can happen. If it's happened to you we're very sorry and we'll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.

ITEMS EXEMPT FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND
Some items are exempt for exchange/refund. These items are swimwear bottoms, gift cards, earrings, magazines, lip balms, face creams, oils, socks, perfumes, and aerosols. Also note, some special release product is non-returnable and will be outlined clearly on product pages and our release information page.
