FAQs

Return policy:

For refunds, goods must be returned no later than 14 days from receipt, for exchanges or credit vouchers goods must be returned no later than 28 days from receipt. All items for return must be unworn and arrive back in the original packaging with tags. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of goods and approval of condition, and are provided via the payment method used. This can take up to a further 5 working days to show in your account.

Please note we do not accept returns from outside of the UK.

All heavily discounted sale items purchased with at least 40% off , will not be eligible for refund, instead we will offer an exchange or a Gift Voucher issued to the original purchaser (excluding shipping costs).

Faulty Items:

For any products deemed faulty please contact us directly at info@2ndacademic.com for inspection.

On rare occasions mistakes can happen, we'll always do our best to right our wrongs.

Items exempt from Returns:

Some items are exempt for exchange/refund. These items are swimwear, gift cards, magazines, lip balms, face creams, oils, socks, perfumes, and aerosols. Also note, some special release products are non-returnable and will be outlined clearly on product pages and our release information page. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
